First of all we identify and clarify your request and (development) goals. We‘ll see if my abilities meet your needs. We contract. And on that base the implementation follows. Trustworthy.

The way I work and my composure can probably be described best by present, competent, respectful and sensitive with my clients. Open and direct. Solutions are already within the person, team and company. To make them individually accessible, is my central service & power. And I have the focus on the contracted issues and much more in sight.

Sometimes limitations have to be overcome in order to gain freedom in the attitude, decisions or actions, for further development and individual growth. This is achieved in a creative, joyful and light atmosphere with a hint of a twinkle. It is important to me to dignify and strengthen the autonomy of my client. Transparent and comprehensible.
